Brunch here isn't a fixed menu: it's what the kitchen made this morning. The omelette is beaten to order, the sourdough comes out of our own oven, the Mediterranean spread follows the market. Nothing from a packet, nothing from yesterday — house rule.

Around the plate: the morning's viennoiseries, a signature pistachio iced latte, and the Sandwich of the Day — focaccia filled to order, often gone by 2pm. Eat in or take away — Cours Saleya is steps away.

We're open every day from 7:00 and everything is made the same morning. Come in the morning for the full choice — the Sandwich of the Day, for example, is often gone by 2pm.

What about groups and events?
